Tyson Says Thanks Mom Rebate

If you're like me and have to restock your entire fridge and freezer after this past week, this deal couldn't have come at a better time!

Tyson Chicken Strips, Fillets, or Tenderloins, Breaded Fully Cooked, 25-27.5 oz, are BOGO $8.49 at Publix through May 10 (and possibly the week after too!).

You can then submit for this Tyson Says Thanks Mom Rebate:  purchase (1) Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips or Chicken Nuggets through May 31 and receive a free Kodak Photo Book.  Purchase (2) and receive a free fun pass good for mini golf, bowling, go karts, etc.  Purchase (3) and receive a free salon treatment.

I'm a little bit confused.  The fine print says: "Limit of one (1) KODAK photo book gift voucher per customer name, one (1) per customer address and one (1) per customer household per customer name and one (1) per customer address."  I'm not sure if this means you can only pick one deal, or just submit once per item.

Also, according to the fine print if there is not a participating fun pass location or spa location, we will receive a prize of equal or greater value.
