Here's a list of a few Rewards Programs for groceries: (it's nice to get rewarded for what you're already buying!)
Kellogg's Pop Tarts: get free pop tarts, photos from Snapfish, or movie tickets with codes found inside marked boxes (exp 9/29/11) (I can't find specially marked packages very often anymore)
Fast Fixin' Fanatics: For every 10 UPCs you mail in you get a coupon good for a free product
Musselman's: Save UPCs and mail them in for gift cards
Stonyfield Rewards: Enter codes and get coupons for free products
Stouffer's Dinner Club: Enter codes and get coupons for free products
Tropicana Juicy Rewards: Enter codes and get free movie rentals, free product coupons and more
My Coke Rewards: Enter codes and get free products, free photos from Snapfish, gifts cards and more
Beech Nut: Save UPCs and mail them in for coupons
Honest Kids: enter codes for free product coupons, gift cards and more
There are often short term programs as well (there's one through next week for Lean Cuisine).
